Bakery
Our bakery started out as Putnam farm in 1957. While it started out as an egg farm, it quickly branched out to chicken, chicken pies, and then fruit pies and more. Mrs. Putnam ran the bakery right our of her house until the chicken barn was renovated in the early 1990's. We still use many of the same recipes today. We use local fruit and our own in season produce whenever possible. Over 80% of our baked good are still made from scratch. We make over 30 varietites of pies, and make apple cider donuts year round. We do not add preservatives to our baked goods. Our baked goods change with the season so keep stopping by to try something different! We are not gluten free, and due to the flour used in our kitch, we can not be gluten free. Please also ask about any allergies that you may have. We do use many allergens such as nuts, & dairy in our kitchen, cross contamination may occur. You may call in and place an order, please give us at least 24 hours notice. On small items such as muffins and scones we have a minimum order of 6.
