In 2012 Hannah Jacobson-Hardy tasted ghee for the first time while studying yoga and Ayurvedic Medicine. Because of all the incredible health benefits, I knew adding it to my inventory of herbal medicines was important. Full Moon Ghee was born 2 years later as an addition to the Sweet Birch Herbals product line and now I am infusing herbs, spices, cacao, and local maple cream into the most recent varieties. Blending my passion for herbal alchemy with food as medicine makes my heart sing!
